As an overall Global head of HR and Personnel reponsible for Recruitment , Retention, DevelopmentManagement Development and Mentoring and personnel . HR Head Role would be to coach and mentor others in function to be HR practitioner. It would require counseling Line Managers to come with their ideas and scale up good HR ideas. HR department need to work as a facilitator. Incumbent will have following objectives to be achieved at end of one year:. 1 Lay a foundation to Line Managed HR 2. HR / MDP interventions to be completed at least up to Project Manager to develop them as mentor, guide and fully involved with HR issues 3. Integrate HR with high growth plans 4. Assists software professional in easy migrations and mobility. 5. Align HR with business goals 6. Back end support and full HR support and guidance for overseas offices and development center. 

AN MBA from premier institute with ,minimum 15 year exposure out of which last five year should be Knowledge industry and managing Knowledge Work Force ( not necessarily in Software Industry) . Open minded and willing to try new things. Good Planner and man manager. Good Observation and empathising skills. Previous exposure to OD and HRD activities is must and should have developed his / her own work style . The Package given is below is an indicative and may include variable and other perks .
